Beginners

You can start at any time of the year.

At the beginning, it is recommended to try at least 4 times, which gives the teacher the time necessary to watch the body in movements and see which group is suitable for each person’s needs.

There is no free trial class, this in order to maintain a small, motivated and regular group, as well as the quality of teaching. We consider that a participation in the costs is normal and necessary.

equipment

In the « shala », there are yoga mats and all other equipment but we recommend using your personal mat and a towel if you sweat. Wear shorts or, if you are cold, long stretch pants, but a clean t-shirt, so that the elbow, ankle and knee joints are visible. No socks. Do not wear jewelry, watches, socks; keep your feet clean.

The best time to practice is in the morning or 4 hours and 5 hours minimum after a meal, 2 hours after a light snack. Do not drink during the session.

The course

Be punctual and remember to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the session to go to the bathroom, change clothes and organize your yoga equipment.

Notify your teacher of any particular event, fatigue, physical or physical problem, periods, pregnancy, etc.
All these conditions change your practice.

A cycle of 8 weekends in the year is open for those who wish to deepen their practice.
