In the « shala », there are yoga mats and all other equipment but we recommend using your personal mat and a towel if you sweat. Wear shorts or, if you are cold, long stretch pants, but a clean t-shirt, so that the elbow, ankle and knee joints are visible. No socks. Do not wear jewelry, watches, socks; keep your feet clean.
The best time to practice is in the morning or 4 hours and 5 hours minimum after a meal, 2 hours after a light snack. Do not drink during the session.
